email a customer who has an upcoming appointment asking if they want any extras. the email should have the extras as buttons. if the customer clicks on one, the extra is added to their invoice and a task is created for the cleaner.

Assigning cleaners at specific start times
Many of our cleans start on the half hour or even at times like 10:15 am. This is to accommodate travel time. At the moment start time is only on the hour.
